Vedanta Wellness Ltd (VWL) is a Cambridge based yoga company established by Dharambir Dhillon, whose aim is to share his experience of yoga with more and more people.

Earlier a businessman in India who took the diversion in the field of yoga after having developed multiple health issues being part of the modern day race of life, once having been benefited from yoga, he decided to engage himself fully in this holistic health path and to share the benefits of yoga with maximum people he can. He and his life partner Promila are companions on this journey.

Dharambir

A qualified yoga teacher with training from National Institute of Yoga-New Delhi and 200 hrs TTC from Yoga Alliance.

Dharambir teaches Beginners Yoga, Hatha yoga (Cleansing, Postures-Asanas, Breathing, Practices leading to Meditation, Yoga Nidra-Psychic Sleep), Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga and Pranayama-Meditation in and around Cambridge-UK

Promila

Yoga Teacher with multiple courses from MDNIY and 200 Hrs Yoga Alliance TTC qualifications.

Promila believes that yoga is not limited to mere postures at physical level and is not just body bending business, it is overall development at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level and taking fully charge of yourself.

Geeta Dhull

Yoga Teacher with 200 Hrs Yoga Alliance TTC. Geeta teaches yoga in Leicester both online and in-person.

Geeta believes that yoga is about connceting us with ourselves in the present moment.
